Delivery

New Zealand delivery is $10 for North Island delivery and $20 for South Island, for up to 3 different sized pots. (i.e. a small, medium and large pot, which can stack inside one another).

**Due to the hand-painted nature of Tui Pots, please allow for 1 to 2 weeks to receive your delivery of a custom order.

Returns

We hope you love your Tui Pots as much as we've enjoyed creating them, but if for any reason you wish to return a pot purchased through our website, please do so within 14 days. Please contact us for our delivery address and ensure the item being returned is well packaged so it can't be damaged in transit.
 
As we are a small, new business, we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of returns. In the event of goods being faulty, please send us a message through our Contact page and we'd be happy to help.
