Delivery
New Zealand delivery is $10 for North Island delivery and $20 for South Island Delivery, for up to 3 different sized pots. (i.e. a small, medium and large pot, which can stack inside one another).
**Due to the hand-painted nature of Tui Pots, please allow for 2 to 3 weeks to receive your delivery.
Returns
We hope you love your Tui Pots as much as we've enjoyed creating them, but if for any reason you wish to return a pot purchased through our website, you have up to 14 days to do so, by sending it to:

Please include your invoice in the package and ensure the pot is well packaged so not to be damaged in transit.
As we are a small, new business, we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of returns at the moment. In the event of goods being faulty, please send us a message through our Contact page and we'd be happy to help.
